Brief Introduction:
Total volume: 63L, Working volume: 50L
It is an automatic lifting type for the lid of emulsification tank with the main tank invertible and dumpable.
The emulsification tank comes with a high shear homogenizer and a counter-rotating scraper.
It includes 2 pre-treatment tanks. One is the water phase tank, the other is the oil phase tank.
A high speed dispersion system exists inside the pre-treatment tank.
There is a vacuum system inside the emulsifying equipment with the working materials in the pre-treatment pot able to be sucked into the emulsification tank using the negative pressure.
They are mirror polished for both inner and outer surfaces of the tank to meet the sanitary requirements.
It adopts the electric heating method through the jacket layer, resulting in uniform heat transfer and high accuracy of temperature control. Moreover, the system can be connected to the water supply for cooling.
Customers can select the control mode alternatively using the PLC or button.

1. Heating method: The electric heating rod is inserted into the jacket, and the heating is uniform without cold zone. The heat transfer oil or water is injected into the jacket as the heating medium to generate heat energy to heat the materials in the tank. The temperature of the material heating can be arbitrarily set as required. Material heating temperature: ≤100℃; Material heating time: 30min~90min (depending on the process needs).
2. Temperature control: use the thermocouple to measure the temperature and connect it with the temperature controller to measure and control the temperature, and can adjust the temperature of the material.
3. Tank body: inner surface mirror polishing treatment, roughness Ra≤0.4μm, outer body surface treatment method: mirror polishing or 2B primary color matt or 2B matte matte treatment. Upper cover: It is an openable movable cover, which is easy to clean, and the inner and outer surfaces are mirror polished (roughness Ra≤0.4μm). Fully comply with GMP requirements.
4. The structure of the inner tank bottom: it is processed into an R angle by spinning, and there is no dead angle after welding and polishing with the inner tank body. The openings of the inlet and outlet nozzles and the welding of the inner tank adopt the arc transition of the flanging process, which is smooth and easy to clean without dead ends, and has a beautiful appearance.
5. Jacket form: full jacket, used for heating or circulating water, so as to achieve the purpose of heating and cooling during work.
6. Thermal insulation material: It is foamed by filling with pearl wool, rock wool or polyurethane to maintain the temperature difference with the outside world and achieve the effect of thermal insulation.
