Brief Introduction:
This vacuum emulsifier mixer is produced under very high quality standards, as it can be used not only for the production of various cosmetic products, but also for the production of pharmaceutical products such as ointments, skin repair gels, scald creams.
The whole machine consists of 3 tanks: main tank (for final production) + oil tank + water tank.
The oil tank and water tank have the same design, but the volume is different.
The middle of the machine is the control electric box, and customers can choose button control or PLC+touch screen control.
Vacuum homogeneous emulsifying machine is an ideal option to produce high-grade skin care products, pharmacy ointment, and many other kinds of creams which need to be very soft and smooth. It has the functions of heating, mixing, scraping, rotating at different speeds and vacuum supply. It has a very wide application from cosmetics (skin cream, hair gel, lotion ect) and food (jam, chocolate, sauces ect) to pharmacy (ointment, syrup, paste) and chemicals(painting, adhesives, detergents).

Mixing Design:
The internal SUS316L paddle mix anticlockwise, Speed: 0-65r/min.
The outer SUS316L paddle mix clockwise, Speed: 0-65r/min.
Teflon Scraper, Scraping the wall during mixing to reduce the sticking of materials to the tank.
The stirring paddle of the emulsifying mixer is hygienically polished, with no dead corner welding and no material residue.
Oil Tank and Water Tank:
Both the oil tank and the water tank are made of three-layer stainless steel, and the heating medium circulates in the jacket.
The parts of the two jars that come into contact with the material are made of 316L stainless steel and fully comply with GMP standards.
The motor is installed on the top of the tank, and the high dispersion speed reaches 1440r.p.m.
