Feature:
1. Homogenizer is installed on boiler bottom to increase motor power more thoroughly and strongly. It uses advanced German technology, with unique structure. The material moves of high-speed in the multi-gap between the rotor and the stator, which forms a strong hydraulic shearing. During few production, it can exert homogenizing effect fully.
2. Mightiness balance isotactic curve rotor is matched with stator with corresponding structure to realize liquid high-capability cut,rubbing,centrifugal to make sure exquisite and slick cream; boiler body and pipe surface mirror polishing.
3. Customer can choose frequency conversion timing homogenizer and highest rotate speed is 3600 r/min.
4. The oil tank and water tanks are equipped with rating stirring dispersion device, so that oil and water could be heated more quickly and evenly.
5. The lid is with a light observation hole, which can keep control of the material emulsification situation in the kettle. There is a small material entrance, which is convenient to add special essence into the kettle.
6. Bottom material discharging is easy to operate. The finished materials can be directly moved into the filling and packing
system. The materials can also be dumped out, which is easy to clean.
Mixing Design:
The internal SUS316L paddle mix anticlockwise, Speed: 0-65r/min.
The outer SUS316L paddle mix clockwise, Speed: 0-65r/min.
Teflon Scraper, Scraping the wall during mixing to reduce the sticking of materials to the tank.
The stirring paddle of the emulsifying mixer is hygienically polished, with no dead corner welding and no material residue.
Work Elements:
The homogenizing structure made through German technology adopts the imported double-end mechanical seal effect.The maximum emulsifying rotation speed can reach 4,200rpm and the highest shearing fineness can reach 0.2-5um.
The vacuum defoaming can make the materials meet the requirement of being aseptic.The vacuum material sucking is adopted,and especially for the powder materials,vacuum sucking can avoid dust.
The emulsifying pot lid can adopt lifting system,easy to clean and the cleaning effect is more obvious,the emulsifying pot can adopt tilt discharge.
The pot body is welded by imported three-layer stainless steel plate.The tank body and the pipes adopt mirror polishing,which fully conforms to GMP requirements.
According to technological requirements,the tank body can heat and cool the materials.The heating modes mainly include steam heating and electric heating.
To ensure the control of the whole machine is more stable,the electric appliances adopt imported configurations,so as to fully meet the international standards.
