The vacuum emulsifier is professionally designed according to the ointment manufacturing process of cosmetics and ointments etc. products through introducing advanced technology from abroad. Working principle:
1. After the materials are mixed and reacted in the water pot and oil pot by heating and stirring, they are sucked into the emulsification pot by the vacuum pump, and stirred through the center of the upper part of the emulsification pot. The sticky material causes the material to be taken to continuously generate a new interface, and then through the shearing, compression and folding of the blade and the rotating blade, it is stirred and mixed to flow down to the homogenizer below the pot body, and the material is then rotated at a high speed. In the process of strong shearing, impacting, turbulent flow, etc. generated between the cutting wheel and the fixed cutting sleeve, the material is cut in the shearing seam and quickly broken into particles of 200nm-2um. Because the emulsification pot is in a vacuum state, the material The air bubbles generated during the stirring process are evacuated in time.
2. The vacuum emulsifying mixer features a single-blade mixer for mixing high dense ingredients and an emulsifier homogenizer for high-speed mixing. The blade mixer has scrapers to clean the mixing bowl’s inside and generates a downward mixing course to keep the homogenizer running at full capacity. The Vacuum Emulsifying Mixer’s homogenizer head comprises a rotor and a stator that spins at high speeds. The fast-spinning speed of the stator and rotor creates a pressure contrast within the homo-head. Moreover, the homo-head shears, breaks, mixes, and emulsifies raw materials. The emulsifying process involves emulsified material gushing forth homo-head by the blade mixer.
