Feature:

2. Customer can choose frequency conversion timing homogenizer and highest rotate speed is 3600 r/min.
3. The oil tank and water tanks are equipped with rating stirring dispersion device, so that oil and water could be heated more quickly and evenly.
4. The lid is with a light observation hole, which can keep control of the material emulsification situation in the kettle. There is a small material entrance, which is convenient to add special essence into the kettle.
5. Bottom material discharging is easy to operate. The finished materials can be directly moved into the filling and packing
system. The materials can also be dumped out, which is easy to clean.
Mixing Design:
The internal SUS316L paddle mix anticlockwise, Speed: 0-65r/min.
The outer SUS316L paddle mix clockwise, Speed: 0-65r/min.
Teflon Scraper, Scraping the wall during mixing to reduce the sticking of materials to the tank.
The stirring paddle of the emulsifying mixer is hygienically polished, with no dead corner welding and no material residue.
Work Elements:
After the materials are in the water boiler and oil boiler to heating & mixing then draw into the emulsification boiler by the vacuum pump, through the middle(fixed) stirrer & teflon Scrapers residues stirrer in the emulsification boiler that sweep the residues on the wall of the boiler, so make the produces of wiped off become the new interface constantly, then the blade cut off ,compress,fold round ,mixing and running to the homogenizer, according to the high shear homogenizer and the cutting case to strong cutting off,impact,Without rules mobility, etc. the material by cutting in the cut interstices and turn to a particle of 2-15um prompt, because the emulsification boiler is under vacuum state, the bubble that the supplies produce in the course of mixing is taken away in time.
