The High Shear Lotion Homogenizer Emulsifier Mixer With Circulation System is for producing liquid washing products like bath shower, dish washing, hand washing, lotion, liquid soap, detergent, shampoo, hand sanitizer gel, wax, sauce, juice, ketchup, etc.
Complex wall scraping blending paddle is suitable to every kind of complicated recipe and achieve optimizing result;
Polytetrafluoroethylene scraping board cater to body of blending groove and scrape out viscosity material on the wall of the tank;
Mightiness balance isotactic curve rotor is matched with stator with corresponding structure to realize liquid high-capability cut,rubbing,centrifugal to make sure exquisite and slick product; boiler body and pipe surface mirror polishing 300EMSH (sanitation grade) accords with Daily Chemical and GMP regulation.
Finished products can be discharged by bottom valve or match a transfer pump, such as pneumatic diaphragm pump, rotary pump, screw pump, etc.
It is also available to build a circulation system with the pump, to make the mixing process more even.

Warranty: One year since the date of installation. If there is any wearing parts be within the warranty and isn’t caused by un-proper operation, Lianhe will offer new parts for free.

Inspection: Buyer could visit our factory for site inspection, we could also send some machine testing videos to buyer if buyer couldn't come.

Machine Installation or Fixing: On site installation is available, Lianhe can send 1-2 technicians to buyer's factory for installation, testing and training.
