Brief Introduction:
The mixing blade is driven by the power unit to rotate in a fixed direction; during the rotation process, the material is driven to rotate axially and radially.
The fixed paddles break up the vortex created during the mixing process, ensuring that all the raw materials in the jar get a better mix.
The materials in the mixer have axial motion and circular motion at the same time, so there are several stirring forms such as shear stirring and diffusion stirring at the same time. It can effectively stir and mix materials quickly.
Through high-speed operation of the dispersing disc, the material flows in an annular shape, generating a strong vortex, which descends to the bottom of the vortex in a spiral shape. Strong shearing impact and friction are generated between the particles to achieve rapid dispersion and dissolution. The circular motion of the stirring plate produces a good radial effect, which accelerates the plastic circulation and improves the dispersion efficiency.
